Day 47

How can it be that for 47 days, massive amounts of oil have been escaping into the Gulf of Mexico and nobody has come up with a solution yet? In fact, it's predicted that the oil pipe will only be fixed by August!!! Apparently, the oil company didn't want to invest in the technology to prevent such a disaster in the first place. Disgusting.
