Professional Part Timer

I had mentioned in this post that I will most likely be starting a part-time job in the fall. I got the job but after giving it a lot of thought, I ended up declining it. The time commitment (3 full days a week + 5 full time weeks of training) was too much. There's no way that could have been feasible at this stage, for grandparents, Baby, anybody. Ideally, I would need a super flexible employer that would let me work 2 days a week or more from home. Does this exist?! There should be an employment agency or program specializing in part-time placement for professional moms with special needs children!
